ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Processing times may vary during:

  • New product launches

  • Holidays

  • Promotional periods

  • High-volume order periods

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 Business Days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 Business Days (when available)

International Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–21 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package weight

  • Shipping method selected

Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and will be displayed on our website when available.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipment confirmation.


INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

TERK Uniforms™ is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Incomplete addresses

  • Invalid delivery information

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, TERK Uniforms™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact:

  • The shipping carrier

  • Your local delivery office

  • Household members or neighbors

We will gladly assist you in filing a carrier claim when applicable.


SHIPPING DELAYS

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs inspections

  • Holidays

  • High shipping volume

  • Events beyond our control

TERK Uniforms™ is not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers may be responsible for:

  • Brokerage fees

  • Government-imposed charges

These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost.


DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
